We see you and we've been you.
We were both surprised by feelings of loneliness, anxiety and even depression after we had our babies. Through talking to each other, we realized that we were not alone, and our feelings were quite normal! We found strength in these conversations and realized the value of community. We started this podcast to share our motherhood experiences and everything we've learned since becoming mamas.
